OUR MISSION
The Pre-Dental Association at the University of Texas at Dallas is a student-run organization that strives to provide fellow UTD students with valuable information and resources about the dental field. Through general meetings, workshops, panels, socials, dental school visits, and much more, our members gain valuable knowledge to successfully apply to dental school. The Pre-Dental Association also participates in campus-wide events to raise money for community dental care funds and advocate improving oral health for all. These components create a unique opportunity for UTD students to be part of an organization that gives back to its members and the community.
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN...

At the end of the year, we send a complete list of all our active members and their hours to all four Texas dental schools.

We formally acknowledge and recognize the members who have earned the most hours each semester (you can include this in your application)!

By attending events regularly, you can expand your network, make new friends, and find mentors to guide you.

You can find recurring and new volunteering opportunities to diversify and enhance your experiences.

You get to hear from a wide range of guest speakers like dentists, students from UTD who were accepted into dental school, current dental students, admissions committee members, dental school deans, and more!
